Our Meetings & Events team organise totally unforgettable event experiences. To make this happen, the on-site attendee registration and logistics must run like clockwork. We’ve just added some fresh new features to our attendee management tool. We not only provide administrators with 24/7 online access, now you can also address different target groups for a single event, or, for example, have attendees from different event programmes selected at the registration phase. Our very own app allows you to communicate with all of your attendees. And ticking off the names on the list at the event check-in is so yesterday – we use bar codes to automatically manage attendee access. Our attendee tool is a perfect add-on for every occasion, for smaller, intimate Christmas parties, or conferences or group incentive events, here at home or overseas.

Best Western: announcing a new look and more hotels

Best Western Hotels & Resorts are in expansion mode: The world’s biggest hotel group has now added 14 new properties and locations to its portfolio in Central Europe. Business travellers now have a massive 2,194 additional hotel rooms to choose from, all new arrivals to the portfolio of the world’s biggest hotel chain with 4,000 hotels in over 90 countries.

The three hotel brands Best Western, Best Western Plus and Best Western Premier are standing tall in 2016, showcasing a completely new look and brand identity. The new logos reflect the significant development of the properties, the result of major worldwide investment. The hotels feature a modern, contemporary look with furnishings that clearly embrace the future.
