From the end of April 2019, Austrian Airlines will be offering daily flights from Vienna to Montreal. Flights to the Canadian city will be offered all year round: daily in the 2019 summer flight schedule, and five times a week in the 2019/20 winter schedule. Air Canada, a member of Star Alliance and joint venture partner, will take over the Vienna Toronto service from Austrian Airlines. The Star Alliance partner will also launch its year-round service between Vienna and Toronto at the end of April 2019. The summer schedule will feature a daily service from Vienna to Toronto, dropping to five flights a week during the winter months. Going forward, Canada’s largest carrier will uphold the same number of flights and comparable arrival and departure times as previously offered by Austrian Airlines.
