New Motel One buildings in Munich & Newcastle

Motel One is continuing its expansion course: In Newcastle, the budget design chain opened its fifth hotel in Great Britain, and its seventh hotel in the Bavarian metropolis of Munich. Visitors to the Motel One Newcastle – in the historic center of this city in northeastern England – enter through a brick door into the carefully renovated main building with its old arches. The transformation of this former industrial city into a cosmopolitan metropolis is reflected visually throughout the building, while the influence of the soccer theme (Newcastle United Football Club) is apparent, as well as the 7 bridges over the River Tyne in Newcastle. At the new Motel One Munich Olympia Gate in Schwabing, guests can stay overnight right in the Olympiapark. The English Garden, Hauptbahnhof station and the city center are just a few minutes away. The interior of the hotel fully embodies the Olympic motto  “Being there is what counts”.
