Iberia launches new Premium Economy cabin

Iberia is in the lead as the first airline to introduce an intermediate class for routes between Spain and Latin America. The Premium Economy Class is already available for flights to Mexico City, next will be Bogota, Chicago and New York.

The features of the new Premium Economy cabin at a glance:

  • The seats can be reclined 40% further
  • 20% extra seat spacing between the rows
  • 6% wider seats than in the economy cabin
  • Adjustable headrests and footrests
  • 31 cm full-HD monitors, noise-reducing headphones and plugs for personal electronic devices
  • Improved food selection and a toiletry bag
  • One extra suitcase, priority boarding and disembarking
