AX Travel Management again receives ISO Quality Certificate

Quality and service are the A & O of our industry . For years, processes and procedures have been regularly reviewed in all of our locations and continuously improved upon in order to be able to offer our customers the highest service standards . In line with this, we conduct customer surveys and/or performance assessments of employees. We have a dedicated in house team to conduct and provide training and product knowledge management (through an internal employee platform ). Our Quality Manager, together with the certification body, has once again successfully carried out the TÜV Nord ISO audit for this year and we are pleased to once again be awarded the  ISO certification 9001:2008.
