New European tariffs for Austrian and Lufthansa already bookable
Like Air France / KLM , Air Berlin / Flyniki, the Lufthansa Group has now also introduced its new Economy ” European rates ” with the favorable ” Light ” tariff . As with Swiss, the new economy Light , Classic and Flex fares are now already bookable for all Austrian and Lufthansa flight segments with travel dates starting from the 1st of October 2015. The “Light ” tariff, includes only cabin baggage with little flexibility concerning rebooking or cancellation of the flight segments booked compared to the Economy or Business class Classic / Flex tariffs.
