Thai Airways increases capacity for Vienna-Bangkok

Capacity has been increased in advance of the first of the four weekly Thai Airways non-stop flights from Vienna to Bangkok taking off on November 16. Instead of using the Boeing 777-200ER as originally intended, they are now using a Boeing 777-300ER. This aircraft has 42 spaces in Royal Silk Business Class and 306 seats in Economy Class. Every Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from November 16, Thai Airways will depart from Vienna at 13:30 and land in Bangkok at 05:20 the next morning. The return flight departs at 01:30 and reaches Vienna – also non-stop – at 07:00 in the morning. With convenient connections at the Bangkok hub, passengers can easily transfer onto the Thai Airways route network to destinations within Thailand as well as in Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
